I am married to a USC and we filed on 05/19/2021. We applied for the whole combo (i130 for me and my son who is under 10years but not here in the USA, i485, i765 and i864). Today we received the documents back with 2 notices of Action (i130 for my son) stating that we should have attached an i485 for him yet he is not in the USA but lives in my home country, then the i765 had a missing page, my bad. My question is, when filing for a minor does one need to also add an i485 too? Does that mean you also pay for it? Someone please guide me. Thanks
