Hi All,
I have travelled back to india in March 2019 and my h1b extension is approved till Sept 2021. I have Canada visa also stamped till June 2020.
All stamping dates are beyond 60 days in india. My employer is suggesting to go Canada for stamping with location having nearest date.
Q1. Is it safe to apply h1b stamping at Canada location (travel from india to Canada and then apply)? I have Canada visa approved for Ontario state(City: Mississauga) with same employer and same client.
Q2. What are additional documents required for stamping at Canada location?
Q3. My wife and new born kid will be applying stamping later after my travel to USA. If I do stamping at Canada location (assuming visa approved) then will there be any problem for applying dependents visa stamping in india location?
Anyone has gone under this experience.please help as I need to confirm to my employer on prior
