How Obtain birth certificate from Saudi Arabia for non Saudi national from overseas
I am an Indian National born in Saudi Arabia. We migrated back to India when i was 3 years old. The birth certificate i had with me was issued by Indian consulate in Saudi Arabia. I had never seen my birth certificate issued by ministerial agency of civil affairs in Saudi Arabia ( The Arabic birth certificate). Either my parents thought its irrelevant they only kept my birth certificate issued from Indian consulate in Jeddah. I didn't had any problems until i file my application for CR1 visa. USCIS only accept birth certificate issued by ministerial agency of civil affairs. My father passed away few years back and my mother left us when i was 7 years old. I had no idea about the details of my birth to obtain the birth certificate. I didn't even know which hospital i was born. I tried to explain to USCIS writing a letter regarding the issue i am facing but also rejected. They were asking to submit original birth certificate from ministerial agency of civil affairs. During this COVID time there is no away i was able to travel to Saudi Arabia. I tried to contact Saudi embassy in Washington, Saudi embassy in Delhi as well as Singapore were i am currently residing unfortunately i didn't received any helping hands from anyone. I tried sending email to each embassy for continues 6 months but i didn't received any reply.

So i tried to find my mother who i believed was working in Saudi Arabia. I got her contact and I explain my desperate situation to her asked for help. kindly she said she will do what ever she can. We were running out of time because it was almost 7 months already after I received notification from USCIS to upload my civil document. after another 6 months of her hard work she able to copy of my lost birth certificate. NVC accepted the document as well. I wanted to write down the steps for obtaining the certificate. It is so complicated & will take another 2 or 3 paragraphs at least. Who ever need to know please feel free to contact me. I am writing this here because I was not able to find any information from internet regarding this. I was do desperate and my visa was on stand still due to this crisis. If you too also having the same issue don't worry you will be able to obtain your birth certificate.
