I-140 approval for EB1C-TSC
My I-140 with PD: 29th Nov 2016 still shows : Case Received but i came to know from my attorney that the approval notice came to them on April 14th. I do not know why the status is not in sync on USCIS website. My I-485 PD is 08-Dec-2016 and as per the timelines as of 28th Feb it says till Dec 21st, I am not sure when will this be approved. Anyone with similar timelines has any updates?
