I-693 Medical
Due to COVID delays acquiring backup documentation, my I-485 was filed more than 60 days after the Civil Surgeon signed my I-693 Medical. Are concessions being made for this situation considering the shut downs, appointment limitations etc during the Pandemic? If not, what do I need to do now....pay to have the physical re done?
