I-751 transferred to Lee's Summit, MO
Hi Everyone,
My case for I-751 was just transferred to Lee's Summit, MO after pending for close to 3 years.
Timeline:
Sept, 2017 - submitted the petition and it went to Vermont.
Nov, 2017 - fingerprints done.
Nov, 2018 - transferred to Texas.
May, 2020 - transferred to Lee's Summit, MO.
I've read that Lee's Summit, MO is there just to issue the interview or request additional proof.
Has anyone had experience with Lee's Summit, MO?
I'm still married, submitted 2 requests about being outside normal processing time last year, and 2 through a congressman.
My worry is that now with delays of physical interviews they will take forever to schedule it. Any input with that National Benefits Center is much appreciated!
