I485 and Birth Certificate - parent's name issues
Hi - I am preparing my paper work for my I-485 application and noticed a glaring issue with my birth certificate. My name and birthdate are accurate however my father's and mother's names are spelt incorrectly (one missing letter, additional letter). Can I submit a self affidavit clarifying the incorrect names and use my passport as proof along with the birth certificate? Anyone run into a similar issue and advise on actions taken to address this.
