IT was easy and straight forward to renew my Son's (16 years old) indian passport renew. Below is the over all process.

Passport was received on Sep 29 around 12PM.

Sep 28, 2020 - Monday12:27 pmPassport picked up by UPS.

To track the ‘Progress of Your Shipment’, log onto the site of UPS and enter your AWB Number.
Sep 28, 2020 - Monday09:53 amPassport ‘Received’ at the CKGS application centre and is at the ‘Sorting Facility’ where it is being processed for delivery.
