K1 petition sent back to NVC
Sir
I'm an applicant and my interview was on 14 July 2016
Me and my fiancée are in relationship since February 2014 and she filed me a petition on February 2016
She visited me in Indian every six months. This was her 3 visit to me to accompany in my interview. We had all the evidence all our chat records all our travel records every paper work is in order. We meet all the requirements. She already meet my parents 3 times and our relationship is already accepted by all our family members. Every thing was in perfect order.
Our petition got approved by USCIS every thing went smoothly
13 July was my biometric it was went good
14 July was my interview. Me and fiancée walked towards the window when we heard our service N127 number.
The interviewer was a man. He don't even introduced himself and no wearing badge, so we didn't even know his name.
He asked me who is with me. I reply "she is my fiancée and petitioners. He asked my fiancée name and where she lives. After that question, the interviewers order to sit my fiancée to place that we are waiting in a long hours of time.
My fiancée was wondering why the interviewer told her to sit down while she was permitted to accommodate me in my interview. Before this date interview happen, I called Delhi Embassy if my fiancée can come to my interview and they said yes as long as she can provide her U.S citizenship and valid passport.
My fiancée come to India to accompanied me for my interview, but the interviewer ordered her to sit down.
My interview was begun. There was some questions that I can't express probably but most I answered. Interviewers asked me to show our pictures, besides that he didn't even ask for more evidence of ours.
He let ordered me to sit for few minutes, then he called me again. Interviewer says " I'm sorry but I can't see your BONAFIDE relationship here.
My fiancée got up and walk towards the window. She asked " officer? What was wrong?
Interviewer said " sir I'm sorry instead to explain my fiancée. My fiancée keep asking to the interviewer.
My fiancée told the interviewer, that I came here from U.S to accompanied my fiancé, you didn't even talked to me, you don't even treated me as his fiancé! Is just because of the gap of our age or my past? ( my fiancée become emotional.
She want to talks more but I advised my fiancée to let's go.
When we reached the hotel where we stayed, my fiancée was crying out loud and she was very emotional.
She said, she feels that she mistreated, being ignored while I was struggling during my interview. My fiancée asked me to dial the embassy number. Someone answers and my fiancée explained ours situation and how she's feels.
After that we packed our stuff and started to drive going back my house while we both crying. It was 6 hours drive back home.
The following day July 15 we received the email from SUPPORT TRAVEL.IND.Docs.
It was stated that my case is opened and escalated being reviewed. The next day of July 16 2016 according to the updates, my case was in the DEPARTMENT OF STATE for adjudicative reviewed.
Then now July 21 2016, my case was reported returned to the NVC. Beforehand, I didn't received any letters after my interview from this interviewer. He never hand me anything only my passport.

So plz advise us something coz my fiancée still with me at my home and we are very stressed

Waiting for your kind response

Thank you so much
