I met my fiance in the year 2003 while studying in Moscow, Russia. I speak russian fluently having studied in russia for 5 yrs.
I have been dating her now for 7 yrs now. Of the 7 yrs i have gone to visit her 6 times with the latest being this month March 2010 when i went to visit her in her native country Georgia and met her whole extended family which i had already known by now.
I proposed to her and we are now officially engaged and would like to bring her over to the US and marry her. This i know for sure after dating her that long that she is the one for me.
I live in alexandria VA and wanted to know how long the process takes.
Ive read and it stated that 1st of all the application submitted by me has to be approved. Whats the time frame from personal experience.
basically i have no idea on the time frame on the steps.
