L1 A to L1 B --- is it going to effect my i140 status?
My L1A visa got denied for an extension last year March 2019, so I moved back to India. My I-140 was approved under EB1 category.
Now if I’ll move back to US with L1B visa, Will my I-485 filing be considered under the same EB1 or will it move to EB2 due to change in Visa from L1A to L1B?
