I used this site quite a bit for various immigration issues for my family and even for my employees. The information is accurate and examples are helpful to understand the INS terminology. For instance recently I was planning to hire a postdoc and this site verified very quickly what needs to be done for the H1B transfer (which turned out to be capped out).
