AOS denied February 28/2020. Raison for denial : PD JUNE1/2019
RFE September 9 / joint sponsor taxes 2017/ 2018
Responded November 27 by. A lawyer but only 2017 was sent.
Denial: 2018 taxes missing .
March 31 filed I 290b motion to reopen with a new affidavit of support and 2018 taxes . September 21 : both cases I 484 and EAD reopened.
I didn’t want to refile because I 944 is a very complicated form .
Getting an RFE put on hold you case and delays it. A denial revokes your EAD meaning it’s not valid anymore. Hope no one gets a denial or an RFE. Good luck to every one .
