Hello there,
I am a silent observer and I want to share what I got from you guys.
I am with an EB2 case with my wife being my dependent. I was a H1-b holder and my wife was F-1.
I remember that USCIS received I485 application and I-140 (premium) on 12/31/2019.
Since then, 1) biometrics happened in mid-February, 2) EAD and Travel combo in mid-March, 3) RFE (medical) in late-April, 4) receipt of RFE in early May, and 5) "new card is being produced" on July 23, 2020.
We both waived the interview and USCIS in Overland Park, KS seemed to process our cases.
Praise the Lord for this since it took 11 years for my wife to get a greencard and 7 years for me.
We married as international students, hoping everything will go alright.
I bless everyone will hear soon from USCIS!
