The old passport was due to expire in early 2021.

I sent my application on 09/11 and it was delivered on 09/14. And the process went as follows:

Sep 28, 2020 - Monday12:16 pm Passport picked up by UPS.

Your AWB Number is 1ZXYZXYZXYZXYZXYZX

To track the ‘Progress of Your Shipment’, log onto the site of UPS and enter your AWB Number.
Sep 28, 2020 - Monday09:44 am Passport ‘Received’ at the CKGS application centre and is at the ‘Sorting Facility’ where it is being processed for delivery.
