Adjustment of Status - I-485

Any one in this forum filled i 485 in NBC and whenever you put service request get mail from Us department of homeland security uscis 30 barretts Avenue holtsville Ny ??
My friend put 4 service request .after submitting initial evidence its been 224 days but neither scheduled for interview nor get aooroval .he filled in oct 2019 and hos priority date is 2018 feb...... eb3 is also current from oct .he belongs to Pakistan .not backlog of this country ..live agent said case is stil with NBC .sometimes they said its in long island field office but he always get reply from the above adress.so very confusion.is barretts Avenue also adjust cases or schaduled interviews ?? All cases get GC and interviews i have read on immi help they filled in oct 2019 and even feb 2020 ... i dnt know whats going on and how long uscis are taking to review cases .. its too much upsetting situation. Any one in the same boat ??
