Need help on I765 and I131 renewal - Pending I485 - Jan 2020 filer
Hello all
I am preparing for renewal of both EAD and Advance Parole together.
I have the following questions, kindly answer them as it would help a ton
1. for C9 category with pending I485, which is the address to file for texas resident? Is it Dallas lockbox?
2. For Advance Parole, is it required to send a letter explaining the reason for parole? Can we apply to visit immediate family members abroad?
3. Can we send both i131 and I765 forms in the same package? If yes, should there be two separate set of supporting documents to be attached as well.
Any info or help is immensely appreciated. Thanks in Advance
