Need some advice from your personal experiences or observations
I filed both I-140 and I-485 concurrently at TSC on Dec 22, 2016. I-140 has not been approved yet although USCIS shows they are caught up with the Nov 1, 2016 application as of their latest update on April 18, 2017. On the other hand, they are caught up with Dec 21, 2016 I-485 application as of April 18, 2017, therefore, it seems my I-485 application should be in the row to process but my I-140 has not been approved yet.

Given the above situation, should I go ahead and file for I-140 premium or just hang in there and wait and see? Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Regards,
