New OCI card stuck at Indian Consultate - Houston
Hi All,
I applied for my OCI card on 10/5 and my US passport was returned to me on 10/15, and I checked my status on https://ociservices.gov.in/ and it shows that my OCI was printed and shipped to US consulate in Houston on 11/3! Its been one week and CKGS has not shipped my OCI back.
I understand CKGS services with Indian government have ended, but I had already paid for the pre-paid envelope and I am assuming it is still CKGS responsibility to send my OCI back? I have already e-mailed CKGS and Indian consulate in Houston but of course I have not heard back.
Any one has any suggestions on what I need to do? Thanks!
