New Public Charge Rule Block

The new public charge rule that went into effect in February 2020 has been put on hold. As a result, applicants no longer need to submit Form I-944. The inclusion or exclusion of this form will not cause your immigration case to be rejected. In other words, this form can no longer be used against you.
