NYC Filers, I-485 sent in December 2019 or later
Hi,
I apologize for posting this again, but I will do it once a week until I get someone whose case meets the requested conditions. I appreciate any comments, but this is directed mainly to those whose cases meet the conditions mentioned below:
If any NY filers (any FOs) who had sent his/her I-485 in December 2019 or later, and had been already approved or re/scheduled for an interview, please share experience.
So far, I have been following many experiences in this forum, and I have found that there are many cases filed as early as February 2020 that have been already approved or scheduled, unfortunately, they are from different FOs (not NY). On the other hand, I did found some cases approved/scheduled in NY FOs, but there were filed only up to November 2019.
This is why I am asking for December 2019 NYC filers (when the I-485 is received by USCIS). It has been almost 5 months since they cancelled my interview (EB-2), and no changes at all since then. They can claim it takes between many months to a couple of years to complete the whole process, but my case was in the last step (interview scheduled). I do not see a valid reason to delay the final decision that much.
