My son who turned 20 today, had to get his passport renewed and thereby also had to apply for OCI-Reissue. He applied on March 18th and today he has received his new OCI card by Fedex. He is one luck guy to have his application processed during this lock-down period.
This is his timeline:
March 18 - OCI Application package shipped to CKGS @ Washington DC. Used Fedex for shipping.
March 19 - Received at CKGS and Processed
March 20 - Sent to Embassy
May 19 - Printing Processed at MEA
May 28 - Shipped to Embassy @ DC
June 8 - Processed and sent to CKGS
June 8 - CKGS processed and shipped to our home address
June 9 - New OCI card delivered by FedEx.

Copy of OCI card - Notarized
Copy of New Passport - Notarized
Copy of Old Passport - Notarized
