For Me - Proof of Indian Origin of Applicant Please provide a copy of the first and last 2 pages of the applicants Both the Parents Indian Passport.You can ship the copy to your CKGS office. Pending

This is wrong as I already send copy of my last cancelled Indian Passport copies, but they asking for my parent copies. None of them is true for both of us.
How do I contact them to explain that they don't need my parent's passport copies. Their numbers are not valid, I sent them feedback, but no response so far. Is there way to get this sorted out? Will they send back my US passport or hold it?

As per checklist "“If the applicant does NOT HAVE an Indian Passport and is applying for OCI on the
basis that his parents’ and/or grandparents’ were Indian Nationals, then they need parent’s passport copies."

For my Wife's case - Application is incomplete - Both myself and my photographs is taken at same professional passport picture place, so both are valid and correct pics.

Photograph Photograph provide is taken too close. The shoulder should be visible. Please resend physical photo to the CKGS application center.You can send it us via prepaid label. Pending
