I have applied for the OCI card for a 4month old kid and it is taking time to process. Meantime Can I apply evisa and travel back to India as my job position was lost in the USA and I can't stay more than a week in the USA?
I will get the OCI card after reaching India and I will transfer OCI card from the USA. If my OCI is approved, will by E-Visa be canceled while my kid is in India?
