Parents got the Visa
I tried to take a Telugu appointment in May. But later I realised, they gave English appointment for November 2nd.
Nothing else to do, I asked my parents to take English interview. As per the experiences from other folks, I told them NOT to ask for a translator.
At the interview,my parents couldnt understand English very well. So,the office was kind enough in asking them to wait for an hour. He arranged a Telugu translator.
They were just asked some minor questions. And the Visa is issued. Not sure yet on how many years.
