Passport renewal after my Visa expire and extension is pending with USICS
One June 30, status updated to “Your Application is 'On Hold' due to the 'Incomplete Documents'.” With remark as below
Your application has been forwarded to the Embassy / Consulate for review.NOTE: There will be delays in processing your application.CKGS has no information with regard to the amount of time this can take. Do not call the Contact Center as they will not have any more information.
Actually, I have applied the Passport renewal after my Visa expire and extension is pending with USICS. Therefore my passport renewal application has Visa extension receipt I-797, "notarized No status form" as per the CKGS check list.
I have not received any email. If anyone encounters such a situation please suggest the next steps.
