Pending I 485 (transferred from NBC to Baltimore FO)
Hi Everyone,
Hope you are doing well in this unexpected time. As like many of you, I am currently waiting for my I-485 outcome.
Category: EB2 NIW, ROW
Time line: I-140 approved in June 2019
I-485 submitted in October 2019
FP taken: Baltimore FO, November 2019
EAD/AP arrive: January 2020
RFIE for medical: Received and submitted by May 2020
Now it's been more than 90 days since USCIS (NBC) received my medical, nothing yet happened. Raised a SR 60 days after USCIS received my medical, no response yet. I checked with USCIS live agent and I was informed twice that my case is currently at Baltimore FO, however I did not receive any notice from USCIS regarding the case transfer from NBC to Baltimore FO. Not sure what does it mean? Am I getting interview?
