Rediff Shopping - Buyer's nightmare
Hi,
I ordered a beetel cordless on July 1,2006.
After a lot of struggle, i managed to get
it from them on Aug 10,2006. So it took 40
days for me to buy it from them.
When i opened the pack, i found that the AC
adaptor was missing and i am still running
around to get it from them.IDIOTS.
And the customer support they have is really
not the one you would expect. They don't
repond by no means. Once you pay the money,
they are least bothered.CHEATS.
And their logistics partner ARAMEX is just
another junk company. Good for nothing.
Worse than rediff by all means.
All this means nothing but rediff cannot enjoy
it's smooth ride (atleast in shopping) for a
long time.
This will be my first/last experience with rediff.
Never again in my life time.
I advice you people also to never shop at rediff.
Straight away go to shop and buy.That's the
best way to shop, atleast from my experience.
