Dear Friends,
I recently wanted to send money to India very urgently $9000. I booked the transaction through remit2india. They took in my case 25 days to get the money to be transfered in to beneficiary account.
It was worst, horrible, terrible experience in my life. I went through lot of issues during that 25 days. In remit2india there are two types of customer services. One way you can contact 1-888-736-4886 (relationship managers and info@remit2india. Relationship managers do not know any thing once you book the transaction. They do not have any control over the remittance. This fact I came to know after several attempts.
The other department info team writes "We are looking into your case and shall get back to you within the next 24 - 48 working hours. Should we require more time for further investigation, we will keep you informed”.
But they will write after a week.
This is the horrible service. We need to take legal action on this company. Please beware of remit2India guys.
