Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello Guys, on 13th of August 2019 my EAD was expired and on the same day I supposed to have my I485 interview but my interview has cancelled because the field office never received my case file and they said they already requested for my case file and they will reschedule the interview and let me know in 20 days and guess what this is 2020 and I never received any update from USCIS and I called them and they said I have to wait to hear from them and they can’t do anything. I have applied for EAD extension on June and they gave me 180 days extension from August which is going to be end on February. Now I want to apply for extension again and how much the fee for second time renewal? My drivers license was expired and I went to DMV with my extension letter they said they can’t accept the letter they want only physical EAD card. Now I can’t work and I’m stuck!! I don’t know what to do. If I setup an appointment in nearest USCIS office about my situation any use? Because I can’t go out and drive without my license. And do I need to pay the fee for EAD second time renewal? And how much? Please help me and share your experiences if you had any like me in your past. Thank you for all your time.
