Sent an Request to Potomac Service Center Through USCIS Representative
Hello All,
I called the USCIS service center after waiting 40 minutes, and I asked the customer service center to see if they can submit an online inquiry for me to Potomac service center.
After two days waiting period, this is what I got from USCIS as an answer.
The status of this service request is:

USCIS makes every effort to process cases within the projected timeframes and in the order in which they were received.
However, please note that estimated processing times for Form I-751 applications are processing goals and not a guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated timeframe.
