Shoplifting with I751 pending
My i751 pending 18 months ago , I never get any update from Potomac services center , last months I went to Home Depot buy some stuff and I forgot to pay something, just get out of the door , the security guard ask me for receipt and call the police , but I don’t go the jail they just give me a court day , I hired an attorney to get case dismissed or dropped. What should I do , should I wait what uscis says? Or go get stamps on my passport Cz extension letter about expired, please any help , any advice, if you guys knows something about that situation? I’m really stressful, I lost my mind
