My receipt date is Oct 2018 and hasn’t even called for interview yet. I’ve made about 10 service request last year and this year but nothing happened and mostly no response. Contacted Congress and they said case is within processing time. Ombudsman did nothing at all!
My case has been outside of normal processing time since last month December 24th. Still no interview.
My question is do I need to have lawyer to file mandamus?
