I got my biometrics and EAD card in April but I am still awaiting I-140 reviewed.
Did anyone with PD in March (ish) get their I-140 approved yet?
As of May 31st 2017 the USCIS Texas are reviewing the I-140 submitted January 31st (this is a four months review time). Is that how I should understand it? If so, this means that USCIS are reviewing March I-140 now?
When can I expect to hear any news from USCIS?
