There is no status update available for the passport number submitted for B1/B2 visa
My interview date for B1/B2 visa was 21st November 2022. My visa was approved at the end of interview VO gave me a blue slip stating that congratulations your visa is approved you will receive your passport back in 10 working days but I didn’t received it till now. My passport status was show still with US embassy/consulate till 20th January 2023 after that status was changed to There is no status update available for the passport number submitted. Its been more than 2 months i have called them several times but can’t know exact reason. Can anyone tell me why its happening or if anyone facing same issue?
