Hi Everyone.
I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe with COVID 19 out there.
This is my experience so far.
Im a US Citizen filing for parent.
Early Sept 2019 I filed I-130 / I-765 / I-485
Late Sept 2019 Fingerprint/Biometric Appointment Complete
Late Oct 2019 RFE sent ( Birth Certificate requested ) I didnt understand why they would ask for it again since it was sent with original application. Anyways probably got lost I sent it again.
Mid Nov 2019 RFE received
Late March 2020 I765 Approved
Early April 2020 EAD received
now last week I got I 130 Approval text/email but no word on I 485?
anyone with similar experience?
I wonder trump new order had anything to do with it?
or just another delay?
I thought when you are Adjusting Status I130 and I485 was processed together?
Any one with similar experience.
