Thanks to immihelp we had all the documents in place. They carried all the documents recommended by immihelp for the visa interview. At the time of interview at the Mumbai Counsulate, they were not asked to show the documents. The Officer asked the following questions :
Where does your son-in-law work?
Does your daughter work in US?
How long have they been in the US?
How long are you going to stay in US?
Then they returned their passports and told them that the visa is granted. My parents got 10 years multiple entry visa.
