Its been more than 3 weeks since my documents has reached embassy for my passport renewal. However, I still haven't received any update on my passport renewal. I have tried reaching out via email, twitter and phone. However, haven't heard back from the team. On the website, the status is "Print has been initiated for passport." from more than 3 weeks.
