    GUYS JUST KEEP CROSSING FINGERS I HAVE INSOMNIA I CANT SLEEP NIGHT TIME EVEN MY WIFE IS STRESSED OUT .
    THIS PROCESS IS DRAINED ME OUT I AM TIRED .
    IAM WAITING FOR FINGERPRINT APPOINTMENT BY THE MAIL
    YESTERDAY I WENT TO DMV DC THEY SAD I CAN HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE
    I HAVE JUST TO SHOW THE HARD COPY I797 C
    2 PROOFS OF ADRESS AND MY SSN .
    how long last the aos processing ?

    You need lots of patience to get thru this process.

      I think all people who go through this process feel exhausted and stressed out. When I was in the same boat, I also started suffering from insomnia. I even had to address a doctor. He prescribed me pills, but having read the info about them on Canadian Pharmacy, I was scared of becoming addicted. So, I started doing yoga and meditating. I should say, it helps me much. So, I wish everyone patience and luck!

        Keep the faith and try to find something to occupy the empty time, it's usually at that time our minds wander and we start to worry. Draw comfort from knowing you have done your part and you're not idling on getting your papers and its USCIS that has to make a move and you have no control. When you are finally over the process it'll all be worth it.

        Timeline so far:

        07/18/2020: Package delivered to Lockbox location
        07/20/2020: Priority Date
        08/07/2020: Fingerprint fee was accepted
        08/11/2020: money orders cashed
        08/28/2020: Notice for fingerprint
        09/10/2020: Fingerprint done
        10/1/2020: Fingerprint was applied to case
        10/27/2020: Interview was scheduled
        11/2/2020: notification in mail Interview
        12/4/2020: Interview Done
        waiting, for status update

          It is definitely going to take sometime my friend. I feel your pain.

          My timeline so far:

          -01/27/20: Same sex couple, married to USC.
          -06/29/20: Package I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864, I-864 joint sponsor and I-944 sent via certified mail USPS.
          -06/30/20: Delivered by USPS and signed by Chicago lockbox T Thomas.
          -07/25/20: Checks cashed.
          -07/30/20: Text messages received with case confirmation numbers.
          -07/31/20: Received NOA's in the mail.
          -08/05/20: Received RFIE notification from USCIS for I-485, letter to follow via mail.
          -08/10/20: Received RFIE in the mail asking for my partner's pay stubs for the last 6 months and letter of employment.
          -09/18/20: Mailed out RFIE to Lee-Summit's office.
          -09/21/20: USCIS confirms they've received RFIE.
          -10/27/2020: Called USCIS regarding biometrics appointment not yet scheduled. USCIS send E-Request to Chicago FO.
          -11/10/2020: Immigration officer reaches out to me via phone call to explain the reason I haven't received a biometrics appointment, appointment will come eventually, he doesn't know when.
          -11/23/2020: Called USCIS and submitted another E-Request for biometrics appointment not yet scheduled.
