Hi guys
I know that this thread is in the wrong place but i hope someone here to help me if you have any experience like this ?
Iam a green card holder and my mum is 55 years she is egyptian she has a visitor visa issued from toronto canada and it's going to expire soon ..
I have alot of questions about the renewal .
She is nit eligible for drob box renewal because the visa was issued from different country and she's going to renew it in egypt ..
She stayed for 4 months 3 times with me .. but she never over stayed the 6 months they gave to her at entery ,
She has her own business in egypt and her bank accounts and credit cards which she uses during her stay here .
she stayed once for 4 minths with my brother when he was here in exchange program j1 visa
And stayed with me 3 months for medical issues i was hospitalized and she stayed for that reason
She also stayed another 4 months because i was going to marry and she was helping me in wedding prepartions .
Some of my friends told me her visa may e denied because she stayed alot on her visa which is not good ?
What do you think guys ? Please help me iam really worried !!
