You know what thank you for reminding me I read some where in the threads that the NOA for the EAD renewal would say something about that extension. I still much prefer an actial card though because I want to see if the AP gets renewed as well. And I would rather keep my work ambitions tempered until thats out of the way.

Does that also apply to the AP part of our combo card? As in, can I travel outside the US as long as it’s in renewal process?

Nope it only applies to EAD

No news about the renewal here either, I'm quite anxious because I'm letting go of several job opportunities. My current EAD has an expiring date next month and I've reached two job interviews in the final hiring process when they see my work authorization is about to expire I suspect thats the reason I dont hear from them again despite positive feedback on my job fit. Now I'm conserving my self-esteem for going through all that rejection.

Hi all, I started this long journey November 2017. I got married with my husband (US citizen) at the end of January 2018 and I filed yesterday all my documents!

Some info:
Actual Status: H1B visa until 2021
citizenship: Italian
Application from: Dayton, Ohio.

I shipped all the documents on Monday March 13th. I did it with UPS and I chose the 2-days delivery option since all the documentation was 4.3 lb! I put both our last three years tax return and transcript from IRS including for both 2017 tax return.

Forms file: I-130, I-486 (including I-693 and I-864) and I-765

If interested I will attach the letter I sent with the applications. I did not use a lawyer, I found a lot of info (and support!) in this website.

Any questions about my applications please let me know, the est approach is to help each other.

This is a very impressive timeline. I used a lawyer for my concurrent filing. Still at the early stages but your timeline is an inspiration!

Good question. She didn’t say anything.
But I really hope it’s family based clients. I just want this to be over with. If not, I hope I get the interview on our 2nd anniversary to get the 10year gc.

Well my attorney said some of her March filer clients has been getting their interview dates. So I really hope I get mine soon though. In regards with my combo card, so far I only got the case was received notification.
Any update on yours?

I got the receipt notices in the mail but no updates since then... patiently waiting and hoping that it takes the same amount of time it took for my first EAD/AP card, which was around 3 1/2 months. Fingers crossed! It’s good to see that the inquiry date for AOS at the SF office seems to be advancing. I don’t know how much that means, and if it means anything at all, but hoping it moves sooner than later. I’m hoping to get my interview date around November/December at the soonest...
