How are you able to file for EAD if you are not currently in school? What is your filing status?

Why do you think you can get an EAD? Since you are posting in the Adjustment of Status forum, are you applying for Adjustment of Status (I-485)?

Why do you think you can get an EAD? Since you are posting in the Adjustment of Status forum, are you applying for Adjustment of Status (I-485)?
