Hi Folks,

I am Indian by nationality and applied for Green Card through my company. I got I-140 Approved under EB1-C category on 25 Mar 2018.

Priority Date - 29 March 2017
Category - EB1-C
Nationality - Indian
EAD Extension Filed - 7 Dec 2017
Got extended EAD on 4 May 2017 (Valid for 2 years until 2020)
I-140 Approved - 25 Mar 2018
I485 case transferred to NBC on 1 May.
Spouse got RFE for birth certificate.
Visa - L1 B - Expired May 2017
I94 valid until Sep 2018

If my company lays me off can I switch job.
How long Does it take to get I485 approved, NBC is not listed as a processing center for i485 on USCIS website.

NBC reviews your application to make sure all looks good. If not they issue RFE. If all looks good they transfer your application to your field office based on the address you used while filing the application
