Hi everyone,

I just want to update you guys my timeline.
I filed August 2nd. And today Jan 2nd. Status of EAD card has changed to 'New card is being produced'.
It's exactly 5 months since.
But no update on AP, still as 'case received August 2nd'.
Hope you all have the combo card soon 👏

Nice! Congrats! EAD and AP are usually together so the card will likely cover both applications.
I am pretty sure the case status on the AP will change to approved shortly.

Thanks. Congrats on your interview scheduled. When will be your interview? Mine is also in San Bernadino. I am still waiting for the mail to arrive to know the day

Last week of January so there is a significant chance that your interview will already come up as soon as February :-)

Just want to update. I got the mail. It says my interview day will be Feb 4th. I am really nervous right now. I have been reading posts for preparing for the interview, but the more I read, the more i feel nervous. I had someone filed the paper for me initially, but not a lawyer. And I am sure that she didnt submit front-load evidence for me. Aside, our relationship was less than a year before we married. And for some reason, I did not have much photos, and paper or document saved. I was hoping to file tax together, but now i dont think we have time. And we dont have any bills that pay together. So far what I have are joint checking account, health insurance which just came to be effective this January, one month of car insurance because my car broke, and i no longer pay for insurance. I dont know what else I might add at this point since it is really close to the interview

Congrats on getting your interview scheduled- that was pretty quick! Everyone's situation is different so don't be nervous, just be sure to take the next month to properly prepare. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

I would seek comfort in the fact that you are in a genuine marriage. Then gather as much evidence of the relationship as you can. I would look at all the examples of files people have built and then pick everything that you have available for your case.

Nothing here yet. Im thinking we should get it by beginning of February. How did you that on the case tracking app?

On the bottom of the app to the right of „my cases“ you can use the search function and type in any number you want and can look up to 500 cases like that. I used my number and went 500 back and they’re all about the same filing date.

Thank you @FilingforHusband, I will update details when i have the interview. I have learned a lot useful information from this forun.
I wonder if I have to bring the latest paystub of my sponsor to the interview. If that person does not want to provide any of his paystubs. Is it too late for me to look for another sponsor?

PD 08/01 and still nada, even no update on expedition request. Sigh.
