          Hi

The reason is losing my current job, I am on OPT EAD which expired on mid March. I have included a letter from company staying that If I do not provide a new and valid EAD by mid March I will loss my employment with them.

          Congrats

I still have not update on my EAD, not sure how they process cases. I think the some offices send the files to NBC faster than others and thats why some people getting their EAD before others.

to be honest, not so much evidence lol My husband and I dated for 7 years and we got married last year, we didnt go on any vacations because of money problem and my husband does not like to travel. We only have few joint bank statements and few joint electricity bills, and alot alot of pictures for the past 7 years. So I am praying that it will be good

                        what about you?

Living wills stating we are each others advocates, hopefully joint bank account (we got married in July and my bank has been fighting me to put him on there without SSN), joint tax return, letters from friends stating our marriage is legit, photos (although we haven't traveled anywhere. We are living with my parents and neither of us working due to surgery I had and my husband hasn't gotten his work permit). I feel like because we are newly married and neither of us have been working that we are lacking in things like health insurance, 401k, and life insurance documents. Hopefully they will see that's why we aren't providing as much as we could. I'm also pregnant so will be bringing doctors letter and sono pictures along with every day photos we take. I'll definitely update and let you know how the interview goes.

I know, same here. I work in a "operations" type job myself and these things really "fascinate" me: how are the case ordered? What's the variable the decides which case is being worked on that day? By which officer? Is someone blindfolded just picking randomly? Do they use a roulette? Hahaha

I'd be interesting to see a step-by-step, if anyone knows ... Just for fun at this point
