My husband and I sent in our forms on Nov. 9 from LA, CA. Package was shown as delivered on Nov. 11. I don't think we sent in the form to get the email or text updates, but I found out via the tracking number.

I am the petitioner (USC). Husband is a DACA recipient (has renewed twice, and is in the process of filing another renewal) and came in on the B-2 Visa. We dated for three years, got married in June, and had an intimate wedding with just family in October. My only concern is that we're both young (24), but other than that, I don't really anticipate other problems.

As for evidence, we sent in a joint lease agreement, joint banking statements, an affidavit from a mutual friend, photos, and other documents with both of our names on it (gas bill, phone bill, Costco, Internet bill).

Fingers crossed for a smooth process.

Hello I am also a November filer. I sent my documents on the 9th and it was delivered on the 11th. Yesterday was a holiday and I have signed up the form for email and text but didn?t hear back. I included pictures, bills, joint bank account, mails coming to us at the same address, ring receipt, hotel receipts, wats app messages etc. I have also done my medical and sent it. My husband and I met over a year ago and got married on our anniversary.

Me too! Same circumstances, bar the date.

Filed 11/1, received 11/2. I-797C received 11/14 with notice date of 11/07 and priority date of 11/02.

I?m also a DACA recipient in LA and I?m applying for adjustment through my husband. We met three years ago in college, we have been living together for two years, and got married back in January. We are both 26 years old. I don’t think the age matters as long as you can prove that the marriage is real. I sent my documents last month. My DACA expires next year in March. I just hope to get the working permit before my DACA expires.

10/17 Bio Fees accepted (notice from the App) checks were cashed too.
10/22 received notices in the mail.
11/01 Bio appt schedule notice received in the mail. Scheduled for 11/14
11/9 I-693 Courtesy Letter received
11/14 Bio Appt completed at the La Brea Los Angeles Office

Received my biometrics appointment notice today. Notice is dated 11/09. Appointment date is 11/27 but I'm going to try a walk-in tomorrow ...

The status update says National Benefit Center is working on the case. How do I check the time frame for this center?

I check on their page and it doesn't come up.

Your zip code determines your jurisdiction/field office. https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-.../field-offices

Then, you would look at the processing times for your field office. Select the field office and the I-485 form. Since you filed concurrently, the I-485 dictates your processing time. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

To check the I-765, select that form and the National Benefits center. The current inquiry date is 06-03-18

Did your package arrive? Sent mine the 16th and it is sitting in Chicago Hub.

Yes, it did. According to the tracking info, it arrived on the 19th around 6:30 pm but I've not noticed anything else in terms of the checks getting cashed or a notification.
