Looks like i won’t get my SSN any time soon :/ i asked my lawyer tho, and he said since on form he checked that USCIS should send notice to Social Security Office - it might take even 6 weeks in worst case scenario to my SSN to be mailed so i guess there is some chance...

And just to add, 1 hour after the interview I have now received update texts, and status is showing I-130 and I-485 approved! Yay!

I have been in a frenzy trying to get Birth Certificate from Delhi. I have till May 15 to respond to my RFIE. Fingers crossed, that somehow I get BC.
I wish I had tried this before applying.

if you can't get a birth certificate, you can also re-submit NABC & School Leaving as secondary evidence. Also, get an Affidavit from your parents that you were born on that date.

Update! Looks like they are still processing cases but very slowly. I just received in the mail today (3/30) the courtesy letter for I-693 which was dated (3/19). So COVID is significantly delaying their work but they are still slowly moving. They received my RFE response (for birth certificate) on 02/25. Looks like they accepted my RFE response and all that’s left for now is for them to schedule my interview, whenever field offices open back up...

Please update your signature,
Go to user setting by clicking on your username at the top right.
In user settings go to account.
Scroll down to “conversation detail options” and you will see “edit post signature”.
Enter your date details like mine and save it.
Update it as you progress through the process.

I just got my SSN in Monday March 30th, took 4 weeks since EAD was made, but that’s propably because Covid-19 delays.
I guess now is time to wait for any infor about the interview

My interview was 03/26 but it was canceled. On 03/28 I received RFE letter from Fresno Field Office asked for my I-693. I sent that out on Monday 03/30 using USPS express that expected to arrive at Fresno Office on the next day 03/31. However, the office was closed maybe due to the Cesar Chavez Holiday. The USPS tries to deliver my package today morning then the status shows "delivered to front desk/ reception". I requested the proof of delivery through USPS website that included the destination address for my record. On the destination address, it does not show the suite number although I wrote the full address with the suite number and "United States Immigration Services" on my package.(744 P Street instead of the correct one is 744 P Street Suite 120) am nervous now. Not sure my package goes to the right place or not. I tried to call USPS but they said there is no way to check with the carrier. Is there any way I can check with USCIS if they already received my RFE. What if my package lost?

Did you receive courtesy letter for I-693 yet? I'm not sure why I already got the courtesy letter to do my medical exam and bring the report to interview, but my online status hasn't updated at all.

Wait... what? Yesterday you were worried that you I-693 may be lost and now your case was approved even when your interview was canceled? Congrats.

Reading your signature I see "I130 interview" I didn't know there are interviews for I130.

I don’t know but it is very rare to have I130 interview. Maybe because they hold my case since 2017 then after 2 years, they wanted to see any updates. The interview was very similar to I485 interview. Then they scheduled me another interview after I submitted I485. Luckily it was cancelled due to Corona virus LoL. After almost 3 years I can finish my immigrant journey and start focusing on my career. Thank you!

I received a hard copy curtesy letter a day after I received notification in email that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I have not receive my combo card however it was well over normal processing time so I called USCIS this am to expedite my combo card since god knows how long this COVID19 quarantine will be and how long will it be until they scheduled my interview. So I’m sure after the quarantine we will be falling into financial hardship. There was literally no wait time calling the USCIS customer service at all I was being helped almost right away and the agent told me that I should hear from someone within 5 days or might be a bit longer depending on the workload at the moment.
