Congrats! We are still waiting for the interview to be scheduled at the NYC field office. Our file date is Dec 2nd, 2019. She already got her EAD combo card and is already due to expire on 3/29/21. We don't know if we should wait a little bit before sending the renewal. We traveled to Colombia for vacation about 2 weeks ago and we returned via Miami Intl airport with no problems. She got a blue stamp on her passport with the word “Paroled” valid for 1yr. Any thoughts?

Hi, it means she was inspected at a port of entry and allowed to enter the country with the travel permit. I guess it's valid for a year so she can demonstrate she has all the proper documentation for more travels during that period of time.
I filed on Dec 4th and I am still waiting for my interview to be scheduled, keep us updated about your interview. Thanks a lot and good luck!!!!

Got my second EAD today! My first is ending in February 2021, so applied for another one - valid till February 2022.

Unfortunately nothing about interview ‘Ready to be scheduled’ since February 2020 - you guys think is close?

Woohoo I had my interview yesterday and was approved on the same day! It was in person interview. May be different in other FOs.

drbonus i had my interview yesterday she said case must be review, and today we got a notification email said I-130 is approved but the I-485 status is still saying “case must be reviewed” ???? is this normal? My husband (USC) did horrible in the interview the OF asked my place of birth he remembers the country and not the city ???? then she ask when did he proposed to me he didn’t remember the exact year ????

Hmmm not sure why your I-130 and I-485 would show different status. For me, a couple hours after my interview, my I-485 says "Card in production", no update for I-130. The next morning after my interview, I-485 changed to "Case Approved" and I-130 also "Case Approved".

I mean if your I-130 is approved that means they believe your marriage is bona fide, so not sure why I-485 would require review.

i have same situation. Still no news about an interview. How long does it take to renewal EAD ? My ead will finish on June. I send renewal ead form to USCIS. I don't know how much time does it take.

Hey,

I send my application to renew EAD at the end of November and December 30th i had my new card in hand. New EAD It is valid one year, from day after previous EAD expires (in my case February 27th 2021 to February 27th 2022).
So you don’t have to wait till June, you can send application now to be safe

I had my interview Nov.2020 and it is still in “Interviewed and Case Must be Reviewed”
My EAD expires next month and I just submitted my documents for renewal last week and I haven’t gotten a message that it was received.
I have not been able to speak to any representative yet, the automated machine keeps responding.
What do you advise?

Finally update to case: Interview scheduled. Now waiting on snail mail.
