I think that seeing this request from a different point of view, we deserved it. I didn't include anything to prove his income. I thought that having a joint sponsor would be enough.
I I know, that was a big fail. The good thing is that we're going to address at the very fast

    • Chicago USCIS PO BOX: How often do they pick up their mail?

I used USPS to send the package to Chicago USCIS PO BOX.
The tracking of my AOS and EAD says it "Arrived at Post Office Chicago, IL 60680" on July 18 at 5:46 am.
I try to call USPS. No one answer the phone.

Does anyone know how often they pick up their mail?
It's been a month I sent the package.
And USCIS haven't send me any notice yet.

      Thanks!

      I-130 done online (USC)

      16-Jul-2020 - I-485/I-765 mailed to USCIS
18-Jul-2020 - Application should be delivered to USCIS, but USPS tracking just said In-Transit (Don't ever use USPS, Fedex is better)
18-Aug-2020 - I-797 SMS only, don't know why no email
      20-Aug-2020 - I-797 Mail
      22-Aug-2020 - I-693 Medical Deficiency Notice
20-Oct-2020 - Call in and USCIS put a request for missing biometircs notice

hey yes, if that's been more than 30 days I would highly recommend that you email the following email, include your name and your wife/husband's name and the package tracking number. The email address is [email protected]

I hope you hear from them soon!

That looks faster than what others have been reporting. That’s good.

                  • Hi guys, I sent out my documents to the Chicago office on 7/28. The package was delivered on 7/29. Fourteen days passed since then, still no receipt so far. Is there a delay due to the COVID situation? I read through other people's posts seems like they got receipt after 15-20 days lately.

                    My timeline:
                    sent out package 7/28
received and signed by Chicago office 7/29
no receipt so far as 8/12
