*UPDATE* -4 Months-12 days Approval on 1751 Removal Of Conditions on Residence

WOW! WOW! WOW! We proved ourselves again, God and USCIS honored our diligence and meticulousness to the process. On September 16, 2020, today, exactly 4 months and 12 days after applying to Remove Conditions on Residence (May 4, 2020), we received an email notification that our 10 yr card is being produced and will be mailed to the address on file. This concludes or Green Card journey.

Amazing! All being well we will most certainly be applying for the citizenship next year 2021. We want to encourage everyone, as we have been doing in time past, please be diligent in filing your form (s) with USCIS. Take nothing for granted, more proof of a relationship is always better. USCIS does not owe you any benefit, you must strive to show that you are worthy of getting the benefit; leave no stones, or paper unturned or unmarked or unfiled.

We wish you all the absolute best in your process. I will not be on Immihelp regularly but will check in once in a while, please feel free to message us there; we will be happy to guide you, as much as we can.

WE FILED EVERY SINGLE STAGE OF THE GREEN CARD PROCESS (2yr, ROC):
    • Without a lawyer (never ever used any, neither a paralegal)
    • NO RFE, NO RFIE EVER, NEVER
    • No Interview (i751)
    • Always got the benefit earlier than expected.
    • No physical biometrics (i751) USCIS used existing fingerprint
    • Card in production notice came 1 month after existing fingerprint was used on the application.
    Regular USCIS Updates

At this stage of the immigration process USCIS sends several updates via email.

    1. Approval notice for the I751 form.
    2. Production and mailing of Green Card.
    3. USPS tracking number for mailed green card.
    4. 10 yr green card received 9/23 on schedule with USPS email confirming delivery and pickup.
This stage feels more reassuring with regular communication.

First we mailed the package with supporting evidence to the Phoenix lockbox. It was routed from there to Texas Service Center.

Removal of Conditions as well as several other filing forms are routed through the larger service centers, Texas being one. While the particular service center might be critical for some cases/individuals, we firmly believe in sending a complete and thorough package. In sharing my news with friends just now, I was told of someone who applied to the same Texas Service Center, for I751-ROC since last year June 2019 and has only received the 18mth extension letter, which will expire in 3 months.

Congrats to you. I am in exactly the same situation as you. We filed for ROC in April and received the 10 year card today, without another biometrics appointment or interview.

If your application is foolproof, your relationship is genuine and you put in effort to make your applications stand out, then you may find you also get a waived interview, especially now with COVID-19, it's likely that they're trying to clear some of the backlog by waiving interview and approving applications that are clear and leave no questions unanswered.

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!! I couldn't have said it any better. Agreed. Foolproof, genuine relationship, and substantial effort in preparing an outstanding application are rewarding on many levels.
